NISSAN ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

With Nissan’s Pan-European Roadside Assistance, you can remain safe and mobile come what may. You’ll be pleased to hear that all Nissan cars come complete with three years’ cover* as standard – allowing you to drive with total peace of mind, both in the UK and in the continent.

Nissan’s roadside assistance package includes a wide selection of services, so you don’t have to deal with the inconvenience of a flat battery or engine failure for long. Throughout the duration of your cover, you and your Nissan will be protected – no matter who’s behind the wheel of your car. All we ask is that they have your full authorisation to drive, along with an appropriate license in the car.

So, what does you Nissan roadside assistance cover include? Let’s take a look below:

Roadside repair – Did you know that nearly half of all motoring issues can be resolved at the side of the road? Our dedicated assistance patrol will get you going again in no time.

Towing service – And if we can’t fix the problem at the roadside, or if you happen to be immobilised in an accident, we’ll make sure your car is recovered and towed to your nearest Home Dealer** (if it’s within 30 miles) or the nearest Nissan dealership.

What’s more, Nissan Pan-European Roadside Assistance also comes with these extra services to solve any problems covered by the Nissan warranty:

Replacement vehicle – You’ll get a courtesy car for up to three working days, or until the repairs to your vehicle are finished (whichever comes first).

Public transport – If you and your passengers continue your onward journey via public transport, we can cover you for the following options: (a) taxi (up to 30 miles), (b) train or ship (first class), or (c) plane ticket (economy – if the incident takes place more than 625 miles from home). And the driver is also covered for their return journey when they go to collect the vehicle.

Hotel accommodation – We can provide you with bed-and-breakfast accommodation in a three-star hotel (or equivalent) for up to three nights, should you find yourself needing somewhere to stay while your Nissan is being taken care of.

Repatriation – If your vehicle is immobilised or unavailable for over three working days*** because of a breakdown, and it’s been towed away to the nearest Nissan dealership, Nissan European Roadside Assistance will repatriate the vehicle, driver, passengers and luggage to your Home Dealer. It’s as easy as that.
