As a Parts Advisor you will need to be a positive proactive person who can communicate well with customers both face to face and on the telephone. You will need to be a confident relationship builder, able to influence and advise clients on vehicle part issues whilst delivering a first class service, but also achieving the company objectives and targets.

You must be well presented, very enthusiastic and be 100% committed to delivering the highest standards, whilst possessing excellent communication skills, be computer literate and be able to fulfil administrative duties.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Identifying and supplying parts to clients both customer facing and over the telephone

- Meeting customer needs with focus on upselling for the benefit of the Company

- Telephone communication to both clients and suppliers

- Stock checking and receiving in of daily stock deliveries

- Organising and pre-picking of parts

- Delivering a high standard of service to the workshop, retail and trade clients

- Maintaining stock levels

- Liaising closely with the workshop technicians to ensure continuity of work

- Communication with all departments to continually develop the business

- To be proactive in securing new trade accounts on behalf of the Parts Department

- Complete any other ad-hoc task requested by your Line Manager or Company Director
